Wee Deliver is Open for Business

December 2019

Wee Deliver, the Elmwood School Post Office, will be open for business with the first pick up and dissemination of letters on Tuesday, January 7, 2020.

This is an opportunity to:

  • Send your child a note of encouragement;

  • Send your child’s teacher a note of appreciation;

  • Send a thank you note to an Elmwood staff member.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Write letters to an Elmwood School student or staff member.  Encourage your child to do the same.

  2. Address the envelopes using the child’s/staff member’s name and unique classroom address. You must include a return address and an Elmwood Wee Deliver stamp.  The Wee Deliver address directory and stamps can be accessed here:  WD Directory  /  WD Stamps

  3. Mail all letters in Wee Deliver mailboxes.  Locations: Hopkinton Post Office (until 2pm), Hopkinton Library (until 2pm), Elmwood School lobby (until 11am).

Wee Deliver Stamps will be sent home in your child’s backpack after the winter break.

Mail will be delivered at Elmwood every Tuesday and Thursday after school.

(Disclaimer:  We hold harmless all participants in Wee Deliver if letters fail delivery.)

The program runs from January 7, 2020 – March 5, 2020.  There will be no deliveries during school vacations.

Let’s all write a lot of letters!  It’s always a nice surprise for a child to receive mail from someone special.

Happy Letter Writing!
